21.01.2022 BH, To the women of the Melbourne Jewish Community, We are pleased to announce, that with blessings from HaShem, and brachos of the Rebbe, B’Sha’a Tova U’Mutzlachas, in conjunction with Mikvah Chaya Moushke, a new Women’s Mikvah has been built in our Beit Chabad at 173 Balaclava Road, and is now ready to be used. ... We are therefore extending a warm invitation to share this information with friends and family members in these areas. The Mikvah was designed to accommodate one woman at a time, with one purposefully built preparation room. 08.01.2022 Keeping the laws of niddah can be meaningful, rewarding, and fulfilling. Many women treasure the experience of immersion in the mikveh, and eagerly anticipate the monthly renewal of the marriage relationship. Nevertheless, frustrating, stressful, or inconvenient situations can arise in the context of these laws. ... Newlyweds, and others accepting this observance for the first time, must master complex halachot while controlling intense feelings which are natural and positive. Some women face long separations after childbirth or for medical reasons. Every couple that keeps this mitzvah will be challenged at some stage. - Yoatzot.org We here at Orach Nashim are here to help! Please contact us at anytime. We now have a list of rebbetzins who are available to liaison between women and rabbis. This list is now up on our website orachnashim.org

05.01.2022 An Orach Nashim event was held this week, where Dr Debbie Herbst was invited to speak to a large group of women from the Adass community, thanks to the efforts of a few volunteers who undertook organising events aimed at empowering women to take care of their own health and enabling them to get appropriate support and care when needed. We thank Dr Debbie Herbst for her informative and professional talk she gave to the women of the Adass community.
