Try long rise sourdough bread, its long fermentation process actually pre-digests the wheat proteins making it much easier to tolerant for those who are wheat sensitive. If you live in Hamilton or surrounds their are a few options for sourdough bread, try the Hamilton Hamper or Grey St Cafe and there is a reasonably priced long rise sourdough available a...t the local Coles.
