23.01.2022 I always start my day with a smoothie jam packed with nutrients. The more colours and variety the better for you. You can add whatever you like...make sure to include a few antioxidants - like berries, nuts, bright vegetables or spices like cinammon and tumeric. Research shows that antioxidants provide so many health benefits and most importantly they are disease-fighters! So start blending... and enjoy!

22.01.2022 ORA's Chia Pudding! So easy, nutritious and amazingly delicious! My better half enjoys Weetbix in the morning but of course that's not nutritious enough in my books...so I added chia pudding, banana and almonds to make it a power breakfast for him! ;) Why is the chia seed so good for you? Its packed with protein, fibre, omega 3 fatty acids, calcium, vitamin B...the list goes on! See the recipe below team :)

ORA's doors are now closed, as I have moved on to an exciting opportunity (Orangetheory Fitness). 18.01.2022 Hope you're having a great week team! How about some healthy cookies and tea? These are my adaptaption to the TBL recipe of apricot, ginger and honey cookies. I used dates instead of apricots, spelt flour instead of plain flour, honey instead of sugar and real ginger instead of the crystals (recipe below). Thank you to our lovely ORA client Mona for the delicious dates!

For those that have a bit more time in the morning to those running out the door - it is absolute truth breakfast is crucial to your days energy levels but more importantly it determines what food you choose to eat throughout your day. Here are my 3 minute (green smoothie, eggs and veges) and extra minutes (blueberry/oat pancakes and muesli bar) super easy breakfast meals! Recipes on their way :)
