Please read the conditions carefully before purchasing. The first preorder ends on June 30th with items dispatched on 31st July. A second preorder will follow, with delivery on August 21st. Any other items made in the same order will be held aside until your small bows are shipped. If you require them at an earlier date, you will need to make a separate order. There are two choices of branding. Regular or with a BJP mirror heart in the center. Make sure you select the correct choice when ordering. 22.01.2022 2021 here we come! Lot's of excitement behind the scenes at the moment but nothing more exciting than being able to welcome Miss Sophie as a junior associate! Welcome and we can't wait to take on 2021 with you. "I started physie in 2015 as a 10 year old. I instantly fell in love with physie, loving the sport as well as the supportive physie community. My highlights have been competing at Junior Nationals in 2016, and having the opportunity to be an assistant with the 5/6 yrs and 7/8 yrs in 2020. Physie means so much to me, fun, fitness, friends, strength, skills, confidence, and family. I’m excited to share my love of physie with the sparkles and have another great year with the Orana Physie family!"

08.01.2022 Ever wondered why Physie champions are champions? Here’s a little secret. They don’t just practice their routines. No! They work on their fitness, strength, fle...xibility and expression with drills and workouts that improve Physie technique and make them great dancers. During ISO, we asked the senior girls from the 2019 national winning team to share with us their favourite workout. What they created was so fantastic we decided to film them and create a total package for you, so that you can practice at home. For just $19.95 you can download the package which contains 11 separate modules and runs for an hour. The workouts include strength, conditioning, stretch, balance and a high intensity workout. There’s also 4 ballet drills plus 3 dance routines to learn: contemporary, jazz and ballet. Become the Physie girl you’ve always wanted to be and start training like a champion. 05.01.2022 A MESSAGE FROM BJP ABOUT CORONAVIRUS COVID-19 BJP considers it important that we all take sensible steps to look after ourselves, our families and each other. W...e want to protect our teachers, volunteers, members and families by minimizing exposure to COVID-19 and reducing the risk of spreading it, as much as we can. We are helping clubs to implement a management strategy for COVID-19. For more information talk to the head teacher or secretary of your club. Your club officials will follow all advice from government health and medical authorities and will introduce strategies about exclusion and hygiene procedures. Classes will continue and they will keep you in the loop with any updates. EXCLUSION Your club may, at its discretion, direct those affected or reasonably at risk of being affected by the pandemic to remain away from classes. For an up-to-date list of countries go to www.health.gov.au * Anyone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19. * Anyone who has been in contact with someone who has been diagnosed with or is suspected of having COVID-19. * Anyone unwell or who has a cough/cold unless they have tested negative to COVID-19. After 14 days, people in the above categories can return to class (whether participants or spectators), provided they are symptom-free. If you feel unwell, stay at home, seek medical advice promptly and follow the directions of your local health authority. If you believe you are at risk of infection, obtain a diagnosis and, importantly, please inform your club. HYGIENE Please follow these procedures for everyones safety: Before entering class, clean your hands with an alcohol-based hand sanitizer or wash them with soap and water.
