We encourage athletes to attend both sessions if possible. 18.01.2022 Thank you to everyone who attended the WJL U18 End of Rep Season game night. It was a great success with all games played in the spirit of good fun. A huge thank you the Nikki and the PCYC for opening the canteen, to Carl, Liam and Scott for refereeing, Rosanne from Spotty Dot trophies for the Coaches and Managers gifts and to Athlead for the amazing rep shirts. Thankyou to Lou for taking photos and scoring and the "senior" players who took the court against the U18's. Lastly a huge thank you to our retiring top age U18's, we wish you all the best in the future and hope to see you around the courts again soon.

17.01.2022 Junior Grading All teams are to meet on the outside netball courts at 4:15pm. Monday 12/10 - Primary teams. Grading will go until 6pm.... Tuesday 13/10 - High school girls teams. Grading will go until 6pm. Thursday 15/10 - High school boys teams. Grading will go until 6:50pm. Division 1 teams (as per grading draw) please be prepared for later start. Sessions are closed to all parents and spectators - only team coordinator/coaches will be allowed into the stadium (COVID restrictions). A tentative grading draw is on the website - please look through all rounds (not just Round 1). New players welcome. We will help you find a team.

14.01.2022 The Orange Eagles are excited to announce that we are seeking Expression of Interest for the Upcoming Waratah Youth Men & Women’s League for the 2021 Season,( Age group Under 23) Orange District Basketball Association are providing pathways for our junior members who are seeking to achieve their goal of playing basketball at an elite level. We encourage, and support, participation in a fun and enjoyable environment, from Junior through to Senior representative level. We are ...seeking expressions of interest from Player and Coaches for the 2021 season. The Competition will commence towards the end of March 2021, consisting of 16-20 games Home and Away (subject to number of teams nominating) More information can be provided when available, depending on the interest shown. 10.01.2022 PRELIMINARY NOTICE is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of ORANGE DISTRICT BASKETBALL ASSOCIATION INC. (ODBA) will be held on Wednesday 16th December 2020 as a virtual meeting, commencing at 6:30 pm AEDT. The meeting will take place as a virtual meeting via Zoom. Dial-in details will be circulated via subsequent communication. In accordance with resolutions passed on Tuesday 10th November 2020, the Board of ODBA has delegated responsibility for the administration... and management of the Annual General Meeting to Basketball NSW. Formal notice of the Annual General Meeting under clause 23(c) of the ODBA Constitution will subsequently be provided, along with the agenda for the meeting and any notices of motion received. This notice constitutes the call for: elected director nominations under clause 15.1(a) of the ODBA Constitution; and notices of motion to be submitted to the Annual General Meeting. Members who are eligible to vote will be able to see a live webcast in real-time, they will have the ability to interact and to ask questions during the AGM via the online platform as well as hear all the discussions, subject to the connectivity of their own device. 07.01.2022 It is with great thanks and optimism for the future that ODBA says good bye to Stephen Chapman. Stephen has been instrumental in helping our referees grow and develop. He is heading off to fulfill his ambition in becoming a Physiotherapist in Wagga Wagga. We hope to see him around the courts and wish him all the best in the future.
