24.01.2022 Don’t miss out on this one last hurrah as the indefatigable trio of Jonathan Biggins, Drew Forsythe and Phillip Scott reunite with dazzling accomplice Mandy Bishop for one final victory lap of The Wharf Revue. It’s good night and good luck to the comedy juggernaut that’s been keeping the bastards honest since 2000. The bad news is that the planet is on fire and our world leaders are barely qualified to run a chook raffle. And the good? The Wharf Revue has fake news, fake hair... and real laughs in abundance. No one is safe and no topic too taboo in this night of sketches, songs and side-splitting satire. You’ll laugh! You’ll cry! You’ll want to move to New Zealand! Get your tickets now https://www.orange.nsw.gov.au/theatre/

16.01.2022 Usually, the Melbourne International Comedy Festival Roadshow would have spent the past few months stopping off at towns across Australia. While we haven’t been able to host Australia’s favourite comedy convoy so far this year, we’re delighted to have a bit of Roadshow hit our screens when the Melbourne International Comedy Festival Roadshow Documentary airs on the #MICF Facebook page live on Saturday 27 June at 8pm AEST! Filmed in 2016, it’s a hilarious behind the scenes peek of what it's like to be a touring comedian.

02.01.2022 Join us for a special streamed performance from John Bell AO, who founded Bell Shakespeare based on his belief that all Australians should have access to the works of Shakespeare in performance. In an excerpt from One Man In His Time, John shares his reflections on the timeless and poetic language of Shakespeare’s plays and his lifetime spent performing and directing them. While we are saddened we could not bring the live performance to the stage in 2020, we are excited to ...share this short performance with audiences around the country. This is a fascinating look into the enduring power of language and theatre.
