19.01.2022 To Clubs, This morning's Meeting with FNSW again reiterated that our ODFA Competition may continue. Snippets from the new Office of Sport letter. It mentions a couple of sentences that involve our ODFA teams; ... - Competitions should be run within the local district, zone or association boundaries determined by State Sporting Organisations or the Peak Body for the respective activity. FNSW are meeting with regional Associations this afternoon to discuss what will be considered a "Zone boundary" for our sport. - Competitions may run across local government areas within these boundaries, . In regional NSW (ie outside of Greater Sydney), existing competition structures or schedule should aim to minimise the need for overnight travel. If overnight travel is required in order to participate in sporting activities in regional NSW, carpooling or other shared transport arrangements should be avoided. The use of shared accommodation facilities that would lead to the mixing of people from different households should also be avoided. ODFA Executive

01.01.2022 All Grand Finals are on today. Bring a coat ! ! At this stage the 9am games (only) will be delayed by 1/2 hour to 9:30am to give a little more time for volunteers to soak up some wet areas and give our teams from out of town a little more time to get here. Travel slow & safe everybody. Hopefully we will gain a small rise in temperature with the delay. All other games will progress as close to schedule as possible.
