'A reminder for all TSW users Customs Brokers and Freight Forwarders are reminded that they m...ust enter the Port of Discharge as the Port the cargo is first coming off the vessel and not the Port of Destination where the cargo is eventually bound for. This is set out on page nine of the Customs (Import Entry WCO Message) Rules 2013 as amended by the Customs (Import Entry WCO Message) Amendment Rules 2019.' Please note that in CargoWise the areas to update are known as Port of Discharge and Final Destination.
