25.01.2022 Jess Story Before joining OTF, I was told my BMI classified me as obese. This was the wake up call I needed to start exercising, stop drinking every weekend and pay attention to what I was eating. After my first class at OTF I fell in love. I had never liked the gym or had motivation to go because I didnt know what I was doing and had no one to push me. I now look forward to going to the gym and love the vibe of every class. My base, push and all out speeds have all in...creased, as well as the weights I use. All of which I didnt think would ever change when I first started. Now, after nearly 8 months at OTF I feel so much healthier, stronger and have lost 8kgs, and dropped 2 dress sizes. This puts me over half way of achieving my goal of losing 15kgs. I cant wait to continue on this journey and get to my goal weight, all while getting stronger and healthier! Transformation doesnt happen overnight. It starts with one workout. 10.01.2022 Danielles Story My love affair with OTF started when I met the lovely ladies at Carseldine Markets and was offered a chance to do a free class to see how I would like it, which I truely doubted my ability as Ive tried and failed at every previous gym. Here I am - 100 classes later. I am 18kg lighter and healthier. The theory behind Orangetheory Fitness made total sense to me and my need for splats each session makes me a better human. Incorporating the challenges and advice from a dietitian has helped keep me on track and I look forward to my next 100 classes. If I can do this consistently, anyone can do it!
