04.01.2022 We all know that the floor block is where we can pick up some time if we are smart about how we attack it. when we transition from those rower to floor have a few deep breaths while you asses what exercises are coming up. Any exercises you feel really confident with high reps ranges go all out and go unbroken. no rest just get the reps done. ... Exercises that may challenge your strength or fatigue level, we recommend breaking up from the start into shorter reps ranges until you hit that target number. think of this example rep, rep, rep, rep, REST. dont got to fatigue and pace yourself through these tougher exercises. good luck team, remember coaches will be there to support, motivate and provide options.
