Led by hot stepper Keegan Harding and Hornets junior rep Lachie Lawson, this team wont be short of attacking prowess. Harding, Lawson and ex-Hornets player Lachlan Wilson will all prove to be lethal in the red zone.... The Captain America team has a good balance across the board and they will have no problem scoring tries, the only question remains, will they be able to stop the tries to take out the Super Series?

All mini team delegates are asked to collect their team trophies from the touch shed anytime until 530pm this afternoon. ... It’s a sad way for our minis to finish, but we would like to thank all mini teams for their participation in this seasons competition and we look forward to seeing you next year. 23.01.2022 RD 3 SUPER SERIES RESULTS Round 3 of our Mens Struddys Super Series saw three close matches, with Hulk defeating Iron Man 3-2 to remain the only undefeated team in the competition. In other games, Wolverine slashed past Black Panther 2-1, while Superman disposed of Captain America 4-3. In the Womens Super Series, Black Panther produced their best game of the season so far defeating Hulk 2-1, while Wolverine beat Captain America 5-1.... Round 4 matches will see Black Panther vs Iron Man, Wolverine vs Superman and Hulk vs Captain America in the Mens Super Series. For the Womens Super Series, we will see Wolverine vs Black Panther and Captain America vs Hulk.

Led by the experienced Wayne Cobb Hill and Hornets junior rep Jack Cole whos lethal off both feet, this Wolverine side will be a force to be reckoned with. Many eyes will also be on the new kid on the block, Peter Calaitzopoulos, who comes fresh from Sydney with Mens Premier League experience up his sleeve.... 21.01.2022 MINI & JUNIOR SOCIAL COMP TEAM REGOS Our club has already received a number of queries about the new team registration process for our mini and junior competitions. Please note when you register your team, youll register the team as either a MINI TEAM (U6-U9) or a JUNIOR TEAM (U11-U15). Our club will then place your team into the appropriate mini division (U6, U7, U8, U9) or junior division (U11, U13, U15) based on the age of your registered players.... This process will allow our club to keep within the team registration cap for our mini and junior competitions, to ensure we operate within current COVID-19 restrictions. Should your mini/junior team wish to compete in a higher age division, please email our club [email protected] to make this request after you have registered your team. 20.01.2022 COVID RESTRICTION UPDATE FOR MIXED/OPENS COMPS Our club has received a number of queries about permitting one spectator per player for all mixed and mens/womens social competition games. We have been working hard behind the scenes to find a solution to permit this. We are pleased to announce that for all mixed (Tuesday) and mens/womens (Thursday) social competitions and for our Struddys Super Series, one spectator per player will be permitted to attend ... All spectators attending (including children) MUST be signed in using the QR codes for spectators which will be around our venue. All spectators MUST adhere to social distancing whilst watching games (including children). All parents are to be responsible for their children should any children be attending games to spectate. All spectators MUST adhere to our clubs COVID-19 restrictions similar to players including arrive no more than 10 mins prior to game and leave immediately after games. We are delighted to be able to offer a more inclusive touch football environment for our members especially for our touch families who play, as well as operating within the current public health orders. 18.01.2022 SUPER SERIES PLAYER OF THE SERIES LEADERBOARD After 4 rounds, the Struddys Super Series Player of the Series leaderboard is heating up. In the Mens Series, Hulk's star Ben Blimka is leading the pack, closely followed by Captain America's one-two punch combo of Dylan Ryan and Keegan Harding. Young guns Jack Cole from Wolverine and Nick Murphy from Superman are just behind the top three.... In the Womens Series, there's plenty of sisterly rivalry in the top spots, with names like Clarke, Banks and Gibson featuring prominently. Black Panther's Josie Clarke has a 3-point lead after 4 rounds, ahead of Lilly Baker from Hulk and Keeley Thornhill from Black Panther. Wolverine's Hope Gibson is not far off the pace, nor are youngsters Millie Banks from Wolverine and Lilly Clarke from Captain America. Led by Ella Barrett and Teleri Moore, who comes with NTL and Womens Premier League experience, the Hulk team will no doubt be exerting their strength onto the opposition. The acquisition of Hornets junior reps Tess Hazzard and Mya Simmons will surely help the Hulks quest to be victorious.... With plenty of dominant defenders, this side will indeed be muscling up to stop the tries, but will they have the attackers on hand when needed to pile on the points to win the Super Series?

Whilst some may be frustrated by these restrictions, our club believes they are necessary for our club members to return to playing touch in a safe and COVID free environment.... 11.01.2022 RD 4 SUPER SERIES RESULTS Round 4 of our Mens Struddys Super Series saw Hulk remain undefeated in the Series, disposing of Captain America 5-2. Superman have now jumped to outright second after defeating Wolverine 6-3, while Iron Man powered by Black Panther convincingly 7-2. In the Womens Super Series, two hotly contested matches were produced, with Wolverine keeping the top spot on the ladder defeating Black Panther 5-4. Captain America are close behind them in second a...fter getting by Hulk 4-3. The Super Series ladder after 4 rounds looks like this: MENS Hulk (12 pts), Superman (10 pts), Captain America (8 pts), Wolverine (8 pts), Iron Man (6 pts), Black Panther (4 pts). Led by Lauren Williams and Tegan Dray, this side has the personnel to turn the lights out on their opposition given the chance. With a bunch of Hornets junior reps on board including Josie Clarke, Ava Cole, Georgie Barrett and Lucy Martin, the Black Panthers will indeed turn heads this season.... 08.01.2022 BLACK PANTHER MENS TEAM Introducing the third team in this years Struddys Super Series Mens competition... BLACK PANTHER. Led by the experienced Mitchell Leonard and Ryan Banks, this side is one of the best on paper with the French brothers bringing some Hornets junior rep experience and Dale Jones possessing some of the fastest feet ever to hit the touch field.... The Black Panther side will have no issues piling on the points, but can they get the stops when it counts to end up on top in the Super Series?

04.01.2022 STRUDDYS SUPER SERIES NOMINATIONS OPEN Nominations are now open for all players wishing to be involved in our inaugural Struddys Super Series, which will be a draft Division 1 competition for both Mens and Womens. Players born 2008 or earlier able to nominate. This Super Series will provide an elite level, equally balanced and competitive touch football competition for players in Orange and all across Central West NSW. ... All current senior, open aged and U14-U18 rep players are strongly encouraged to nominate All previous Div 1 or other social comp players interested in a high level touch competition are encouraged to nominate All interested players are asked to nominate online at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/Struddys. All players who nominate will be given a link and instructions on how to register for the Struddys Super Series. Nominations will close Sunday 6 September. After this teams will be selected using a draft format from all nominated players, which will be conducted mid September. Player registration for Struddys Super Series will be $110 per player (no early bird sorry). Rego includes affiliation and insurance, uniform (singlet & shorts) plus information about rep touch pathways. Active Kids Voucher can be used for the Super Series. Led by NSW players Amanda Moore and Sophie Banks, this side looks great on paper with a bunch of Hornets junior reps including Haylee Besant, Paige Bohringer and Hope Gibson. Word coming from the camp is that theyll be playing like a pack of wolves, so hopefully their opposition are ready for the battle.... With the favourites tag possibly linked to the Wolverines side, will they be in the hunt at the business end of the Super Series?

02.01.2022 RD 2 SUPER SERIES RESULTS Round 2 of our Mens Struddys Super Series saw Hulk and Capt America remain undefeated. Hulk put the flex on Wolverine 7-5, thanks to a six-try haul from Hulk skipper Ben Blimka. Capt America proved too good for Iron Man 7-3, while Superman flew home against Black Panther 4-3 in a tight encounter. In the Womens Super Series, the points were split in both games, with Hulk and Wolverine, along with Capt America and Black Panther both finishing their... games 2-2. Round 3 matches will see Iron Man vs Hulk, Black Panther vs Wolverine and Superman vs Capt America in the Mens Super Series. For the Womens Super Series, we will see Hulk vs Black Panther and Capt America vs Wolverine in a top of the table clash.

02.01.2022 As our social competitions commence this week, just a few simple reminders we’d like to pass onto all players and spectators to ensure our competitions remain safe for all. Players please arrive fully dressed to games and go straight to your field no sooner than 10 mins prior to your game. Please bring your own water bottle, teams cannot share water bottles due to COVID. Please ensure you’re registered prior to playing. The registration is done online and please talk to... your team delegate if you haven’t registered yet. All team delegates please come to the touch shed 10 mins prior to your first game and collect your QR code sign on card, which you’ll use all season to sign on your players each week before games. All spectators must sign in using the QR code poster which will be at entry points including under AFL shed awning, under touch shed awning and near the outside beer garden. Spectators need to sign in every time they attend our games and please ONE SPECTATOR only per player. Following games, congratulate your opponents but please remember no high fives or hand shaking. After games all players and spectators are to leave the venue in a timely manner to allow the next time slot to come onto the fields. We ask that referees including ref duties please bring your own whistle. We cannot share whistles due to COVID. Please ensure you make use of the hand wash stations which will be located at various points around our venue. And above all else, have fun playing Touch Football this season.
