23.01.2022 Today we saved a customer over a $1000 dollars on their Hot Water System. The hot water circuit breaker would trip intermittently. Others had been out and quoted a new Hot Water system to fix the fault. We advised the customer we would come out free of charge just to double check. (It never hurts to do this) We are glad We did, and so is the customer as it wasn’t the hot water system at fault, it was a faulty electric cable to the Hot Water system. If we had not gone out th...e customer would have paid for a new Hot Water system and still have the same problem. (They were about to go ahead with the new Hot Water Tank Quote) The picture below shows the faulty (DANGEROUS) cable issue that was hidden inside the conduit going to the Hot Water system. We replaced the cabling and now the circuit breaker doesn’t trip anymore. Problem fixed By the way, this was in the Baulkham Hills area, 1.5hrs drive from Camden. See more

Having spent the last 14 years working on Water and Sewage treatment plants throughout the east coast of Australia, it was great to work so close to home for a change.
