This allows us to provide you with relative options in order to achieve the best outcome according to current conditions being implemented by the respective suppliers. Our personal approach may take more time, unlike online booking platforms where standard responses are being generated but may not necessarily be the only option available.... 08.01.2022 To our Valued Clients, We are stating the obvious when we say it has been a difficult start to 2020. As you can appreciate, these are extremely challenging times in the travel industry with cash flow virtually non-existent in these unprecedented times. We have however been working extremely hard to provide you with the best possible outcomes with the respective suppliers.... This includes: Processing refunds Organizing ticket credits (tickets on hold) Arranging vouchers as future travel credits At the present time, the process to book Domestic travel has become more complicated and takes a considerable amount of time to thoroughly check availability and any possible alternatives. International travel is more time consuming as we need to check and take into account the border restrictions for the respective country; how many hours can be spent in transit for a connecting flight, is a transit or temporary visa required, health requirements (does isolation apply). We often find that airlines are cancelling or rescheduling their flights at the last minute. Unfortunately, getting to your destination may not be as direct as it once was due to the reduced number of flights and in some instances, not possible at all. We are also experiencing computer glitches whereby information showing on the airline website has not been uploaded into our global reservation system (Amadeus). Necessary steps are then taken to immediately notify the airline in order that the issue can be rectified. Land arrangements such as accommodation and transfers are also problematic. Wednesday 21 October 2020 at 10.00am We sadly notify our colleagues and friends in the travel industry that Hannah Walter passed away on Saturday 10 October 2020. Hannah worked with us from 1996-2000 before retiring. She was well known and respected within the industry. Funeral details to be advised.
