25.01.2022 We have loads of handmade Boomerang Bags and Beach Bags for sale in our Talk and Tucker Cafe next door! Support our community by buying one for a Christmas gift! Why not have a free or gold coin donation coffee or tea and biscuit while you’re there! BIG THANKYOU to Anne, Robyn and Chris for making it all happen!

22.01.2022 One of the most heartening things we see are people randomly coming in to help or with food, vegetables, cans, frozen meals etc. We know who you are and we THANK YOU ESPECIALLY! We truly live in a special unique place with a loving heart that is huge!

18.01.2022 Big THANK YOU to everyone for donating and helping make our Christmas lunch so successful! Despite the rain we had over 50 people turn up!! Also big thank you to Corringle Trades Union for the $5000 donation of Christmas Toy vouchers for the kids and also Downer’s $1500 donation for the meat tray hampers! 16.01.2022 Orbost Food Pantry and Cafe every second Thursday at 12pm till 2pm hold a free lunch or gold coin donation in the courtyard and Cafe! Come along and join in it’s always a good time! Ernie Purcell you’re the best at BBQ’s!

11.01.2022 Every Tuesday from 1pm to 3pm at the Orbost Food Pantry Talk and Tucker Cafe is a bunch of sheilas (and the odd awesome bloke) sewing Boomerang Bags and doing crafts for sale! Connecting Women Through Craft (CWTC) absolutely welcome everyone to sew, have a chin wag or buy a bag!

03.01.2022 Did you know we are independently run by volunteers (or some doing community service). We are a non religious, non profit GST registered organisation with charitable status! The Food Bank donates only some of the food the rest is very, very generously donated to us. We always need donations be it food, vegetables or cooked frozen meals! Ps. If you know someone doing it hard then come down and grab a bag of groceries for them and have a chat.
