22.01.2022 Dear Students, parents and staff, The Premier has just announced that due to fears that a new strain of COVID may be spreading in the community, the state will enter a lockdown from 11.59pm tonight (Friday). School will be closed on Mon 15th, Tues 16th and Wed 17th February.... The rules are in line with Stage Four restrictions from last year. That is, there are only four reasons to leave the home: *Shopping *Essential work *Two hours of exercise *Care and care giving Teachers are sending home basic essentials for students to complete some tasks from home. More work instructions will be sent via Compass each day. At this stage school will be open for essential workers and vulnerable families only. Please book at our office or mobile by text. We will continue to communicate through Compass. In the meantime, please stay safe and follow all guidelines. We are here to support families in any way we can during this new round of remote learning.

19.01.2022 BACK TO SCHOOL!!! YAY!!! We are so excited to have all our students back on-site TOMORROW!! Please remember to return all learning materials and completed work. ... All visitors must wear a mask, as per the DHHS guidelines. DISTRICT SWIMMING SPORTS District Swimming Sports are ON TOMORROW in Orbost! Students to wear school uniform and bring everything they need for the day (swimming gear, lunch, snacks, water bottle, etc.) Unfortunately, no parents/spectators are permitted, as per COVID guidelines.

19.01.2022 Just a few reminders for the first day back TOMORROW!!! - Name all clothing please! (Nobody owns up to the pair of undies the teacher finds after swimming! It makes it easier to return jumpers and hats too. LUNCH BOXES AND DRINK BOTTLES TOO!) - No lunch orders on the first day back... better get a yummy lunch organised!... - LAST DAY before school goes back to pick up your books at the newsagents! - Bring EVERYTHING to school. We will look after your spare books for you no clutter at home... Yay!

02.01.2022 It’s today! HAPPY FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL! Don’t forget all of your books and your lunch and a bottle of water (no lunch orders today). There is a lovely morning tea for new parents and prep parents which has been provided by our AH-MA-ZING Parents Club.... We will be having a Covid-safe assembly in the morning. We are so excited to see everyone again! Teachers have been working hard to set up classrooms and prepare for a fabulous day. It’s going to be so good! See you there
