25.01.2022 Exciting day for engineers with the installation of the Pebble Creek bridge spands from Abutment A to Pier 1. What a grand entrance it will be arriving over the bridge surrounded by mature gum trees and the Pebble Creek parklands situated on the banks of the creek, making it a truly special place to call home. Big thanks to Shane from CCA Winslow for guided site tour- the site is looking great whilst civil’s continue to power on.

10.01.2022 PEBBLE CREEK - CONSTRUCTION UPDATE MAY 2019 Civil construction continues to power along with the bridge now over 25% complete and the first of the internal roads beginning to be cut. MOUNTAIN RIDGE ROAD WORKS:... - Road works continue on schedule with the high voltage underground power now installed and live. - The western 500m of cycle track is being sealed. - Stormwater installation to occur at the western portion of the road. - Kerb and channel works underway along the road BRIDGE WORKS; - Abutment B steel works is currently underway - The first of the girders are installed - Pier 2 columns are currently being poured STAGE 1 & 2 WORKS: - Proof rolling Stage 1 pavement subgrade to occur shortly - Stage 1 all underground pipe works are completed. Stage 2 pipe works are well advanced. - Currently also installed sub-soil drain and road crossings to Stage 1 OTHER NEWS: - The landscape contractor will be appointed by the end of May

09.01.2022 PEBBLE CREEK - JUNE CONSTRUCTION UPDATE As we get set for another beautiful Queensland winter in the south-east we are delighted to confirm registration is expected September 2019. This will include Stages 1 & 2 and also the large District Park which has been officially confirmed as Pebble Creek Parklands. Mountain Ridge Road Works ... * Subgrade of the western 500m of Mountain Ridge Rd has been prepped. * Subgrade of the eastern 500mm of the cycle track has been prepped and proof rolled. * Kerb will soon be installed along the eastern 500m of cycle track. * Energex will begin removing all poles along the road now that the overhead powerlines have been removed. Bridge Works * The bridge decks continue to be installed with ‘Span 2’ now landed. * Onsite is "Big Red", a brand new 150 tonne crane making it look easy as she manoeuvres one of the 22m spans into place. Stage 1 & 2 Works * Stage 1 asphalt works have commenced. * Stage 2 subgrade preparations will commence shortly. * Stage 2 road crossing will soon be installed. * Valuations will soon be able to be conducted on site. Other News * The landscape contract has been awarded & works are expected to begin in July for the District Park. * The permanent sales precinct plans have been finalised and works will commence July.
