15.01.2022 How to prevent 'Maskne' It's completely common at the moment to have acne & breakouts while wearing a mask. This is an irritation caused by heat, pressure and friction.... When we wear a mask, oil, sweat, makeup and dead skin cells are trapped in our pores. A combination of these impurities along with the humidity & heat create a perfect environment for bacteria to grow.
