The weight loss continued, and after completing days, I had lost almost 3 kilos. I can't deny it, I missed my food! However I was pleasantly suprised that I only experienced very low level of hunger. It was interesting to observe my previous eating habits and I am now motivated to find ways to continue on using this product, incorporating it into an ongoing plan to improve my health and wellbeing, and to reach my target weight!
