24.01.2022 Just a little #ritual for World Goddess Day, followed by a delicious potluck picnic lunch on the banks of the river. . "The symbolism of the Goddess is not parallel to the symbolism of God the Father. The Goddess does not rule the world. She is the world. Manifest in each of us, she can be known internally by every individual, in all her magnificent diversity." - Starhawk #goddess #firegoddess #earthgoddess #airgoddess #watergoddess #divinefeminine #innergoddess #clarencerivernsw #worldgoddessday #worldgoddessday2019 #connection #sisterhood #ordinarygoddesses @ Yates Crossing Nsw
19.01.2022 Drumming was one of the workshop requests we have had for our future retreats and for good reason! Not only is it fun, but it also has many amazing benefits to our wellbeing. Michael Drake, a recognised writer, rhythmist and shamanist, describes drum therapy as an ancient approach that uses rhythm to promote healing and self-expression, used for thousands of years by the shamans of Mongolia and the Minianka healers of West Africa among other indigenous peoples to create and... maintain physical, mental, and spiritual health. Current research now verifies these therapeutic effects of drumming, indicating that it can accelerate physical healing, boost the immune system and produce feelings of well-being, release of emotional trauma, and reintegration of self. #tendingthegarden #tendingthegardenwithin #ewingar #retreatsnsw #retreat #womensretreat #winterretreat #drumming #drummingworkshop #ordinarygoddesses
