23.01.2022 Just a lazy 12 hour day on the lords day, gets a sneak peek at the fj finally in colour. Another vid of the dash in the comments ( shows the colour better) Couple of small panels to catch up in colour during the week then wet sand, buff and assemble..

23.01.2022 Michael’s vk we’ve just recently finished. Came to us unfinished after being to several shops in the city all playing their part in this killer, no corner’s cut build. Featuring lsa, th350, 4link and a shortened 9 coil over suspension, Holley terminator x max efi and dash. Job list consisting of, a complete interior fit out, Complete re wire, exhaust system, fuel system, suspension set up, a full wet-sand and buff. Every trim repaired and blacked out and a massive list of ...custom touches. After diagnosing a heap of mechanical issues then sent it off to be tuned at streetbuild racing. Huge thanks to Shane Kirkman for carrying out most of the nitty gritty on this build.

23.01.2022 Update on Cordy’s Fj. All steel work done. Rest of body back in Epoxy. Roof has a decent amount of surface rust. So it was spot blasted and rust treated. Filler work completed and it’s first coat of high build. Time to start the block sanding

19.01.2022 Good morning. Putting the feelers out for a panel beater. 3 months trial basis then full time commencing after for the right candidate. Not looking for the standard man, Chasing a motivated guru who will be able to express their talents and bring something new to the table. Purely old school resto works, metal fabrication and custom work. No smash repair apart from the odd mums front bumper and love job. So the right person will be paid above award for his/her talents. A...lso a willingness to learn the mechanical, conversions side etc etc. Currently booked right upto June 2021 with some pretty exciting builds. So please ask around and feel free to pop in a visit.

16.01.2022 Kbay wet sand and buff those innners next week and fit out the mechanical

11.01.2022 Johns 66 Fairlane coupe. I peiced together a stout little 302 Windsor and built c4. Pretty simple build. Flat tops. Shaved, serviced cylinder heads and a nice little custom camtec camshaft. New Hume performance 650 Holley. Msd ignition. edelbrock air gap manifold and supporting mods for clean and super reliable, killer sounding cruiser. Video in the comments doesn’t do it justice

10.01.2022 Vk bay. Looking very tidy all complete. Not a fan of the willwood master cylinders on street cars. As it was unable to please the engineer and pass the brake test. It’ll be getting swamped for a double diaphragm pbr booster and master. Then she’s passed engineering. Maffless tuned stock ls1 minus the tax that a turbo box claims. 313rwhp.

09.01.2022 The shops officially one year old! What better way to celebrate than a toy for the wife and I. She helped sand it down and i painted it today. Keeping it old school scheme but fully marinized ls1.

09.01.2022 Some of the progress over the last few weeks. Cordy’s fj in 3rd and final round of high build and blocking it out through the stages. It’ll sit for a week or so while I do some suspension mods and fit the chassis kit. Nice and straight now. Andrews vl Calais in for full resto and engineering 6.0. All exterior panels taken back to steel. Some rust repairs do and straighten her out. Then it’ll hit the rotisserie for an under body birthday.

08.01.2022 Bluey’s ready for its engine and box. Hasn’t even seen polish yet. Looking forward to seeing the finished product. 3 days till hand over!

05.01.2022 Couple of progress photos of the fj. She’s rolling. Roof lining done. Doors completely fitted out, Next week will spend some time final gapping the car, the final wet sand and buff.

03.01.2022 Update on Cordy’s fj. Replaced the front floor pans, outer sils. Inner sil repairs and replaced some structural. All blasted, rust treated, expoxy’d. Copper coated the weld sections. Stripped all the paint off the rest of the outer panels and back together to gap as well as some more repairs.

01.01.2022 Ls1 vk in for bay tidy and engineering. This bay was bad. Sand blasted the lot. Smoothed it right out. Still needs a little work work before paint
