17.01.2022 The enjoyable stay in Shanghai is almost at an end with my departure set down for 5pm Saturday. The weather has been really good with only about a week of -3C mornings. The past week has seen a lot of sunshine and daily temperatures just into double figures. I have entertained many local and foreign folk with the raw and organic cakes and I will be bringing home a new "energy square" recipe which I have been trying out on the Shanganese people with good reviews. I believe good news await my arrival home with interest growing in Albany and in Perth. Watch this space for the new breed of healthy cakes and energy bars.
