19.01.2022 LAVENDER SWIPE TO SEE BEFORE, PROCESSING & AFTER >>>> Hello, Lillie again. This time, my client had all natural hair as she wanted to let it grow and become healthier. September last year I did a natural balayage to break up the dark. So this session she wanted to be lighter, natural but more cool.... As Ive done her hair before, I didnt make any promises on how light the colour would come out but I did promise to get it as light as possible in this session without damaging. Half way through development time I applied some extra bleach through the ends as there was slight banding/uneven tones. When I rinsed the colour off, I was in shock at how even and light my clients blonde had lifted up so I gave her the option to work with it whilst it was this light instead of toning it back down to a cool dark blonde/light brown. She loved the idea so I used a NATULIQUE toner and added LAVENDER mix tone to make it as iridescent as possible. I honestly couldnt believe how beautiful it lifted up. I think its important to always inform your client it might not be perfect in the first session if theyre looking for a #colourtransformation . It could take up to 3/4 to get it right! In this case, it lifted up perfect so it was a surprise and no one was left unsatisfied or disappointed. Just happy and amazed! 02.01.2022 NIGHTMARE ON HARWOOD STREET Hello disaster, I am Lillie, senior hair stylist at Organic Hair Culture Pyrmont, here I am to help I love colours like this because my mind explodes with different ways I can approach it and what techniques Im going to use which push me out my comfort zone.... This client always changes colour & uses different products on her hair but now shes at a stage where theres colour build up and banding. First session, I freehanded NATULIQUE whitener on all the orange, yellow, pink and purple unwanted tones hoping to lift them out. Unfortunately, the colour didnt lift out as clean as we liked. I would usually of done a second application but the clients hair was dry and damaged so I went straight in and done a colour melt. Second session, I used Natulique colour to do a second colour melt which will hold better as the first colour melt would of acted as a precolour. We went slightly darker and ashier at the root because we knew how it faded the first time. The mid-lengths and ends, I used #sparklingshine to secure a soft, clean and shining end-result for the client. Aftercare- NATULIQUE colourshield shampoo and treatment which is made from a balanced blend of certified organic oils and vitamins.
