22.01.2022 At the end of an academic year and the feeling of fatigue has set it. Looking forward to a well earned break. Studying is a juggling act that is really tiring but the reward of completing your goal is great...and your children are watching and learning what it means to achieve goals. Merry Christmas

17.01.2022 How often do you doubt yourself? One of my last assignments this semester asked me to analysis and evaluate 3 articles. It has been decades since I last completed a post grad assignment such as this, but after research and with a "I can do this" attitude, I jumped into the task (although self doubt was nipping at my heels). I kept telling myself - stick to the format of what is required when you analyse and evaluate research. To my surprise and delight, I received a distinction for the paper. Even if I had only achieved a pass, the fact that I did my research, stuck to the question and did my best, made me realise that you can achieve whatever you set your mind to. Be encouraged!
