06.01.2022 ONB Oriental Noodle Bar restaurant is looking for an experienced cook who wants to work in a contemporary kitchen which incorporate both high volume and quality It's essential that you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are able to work quickly, whilst taking pride in making authentic, wholesome dishes. The food has a contemporary Vietnamese inuence with an emphasis on regional ingredients and... produce form our region. The restaurant has earned a great reputation with both locals and visitors. You must possess at least two-year experience and qualication III or IV in commercial cookery. Work well in a team and have a great attitude towards work. Task including; - Examining foodstuffs to ensure quality - Regulating temperatures of ovens, grills and other cooking equipment - Preparing and cooking food - Seasoning food during cooking - Portioning food, placing it on plates, and adding gravies, sauces and garnishes - Storing food in temperature controlled facilities - Preparing food to meet special dietary requirements - May plan menus and estimate food requirements - May train other kitchen staff and apprentices You will have an ability to work under pressure, have an eye for detail, maintain a safe & hygienic work environment and essentially, take pride in your work.
