17.01.2022 To all those who have commented and left reviews a big heartfelt thank you for helping us to stay open during this time. We could not have come this far without all your support, feedback and wonderful reviews on Facebook, Instagram, Tripadvisor and Google. We are planning to open up our balcony not too far down the track which will increase customer number capacity and create a relaxed and welcoming environment for those who wish to socialize a bit more with friends with a d...rink or two and a few plates of sushi. Please keep posting and liking us but above all if you have not already done so come on down to shop 28 in Orchid Plaza just up the escalators on the Abbott street entrance and try us out. Friendly service, a relaxing environment and tasty dishes await you. Please note that we also have a selection of vegetarian and vegan options on our menu. 13.01.2022 Thank you so much to all those in the Cairns community who have come out to support us with our re-opening of Orient Express Sushi Train, formally known as Sushi Express in Orchid Plaza. As we are entering our third week in business we wish to let everyone that our doors remain open 7 days a week despite ongoing challenges around dwindling tourist numbers and Covid 19. As new residents to QLD we have learned not only how resilient the Cairns community is but more importantly ...how they support each other in good times and in bad.
