22.01.2022 Sam Green did an amazing job overhauling the Lucas wiper motor! It’s going back into a XW falcon in coming weeks. This is how Restorations should be finished off.

20.01.2022 Getting closer by the day on Brian’s XY sedan. Engine bay came up a treat! Outer body painted next.

19.01.2022 Brian’s XY was picked up before Christmas. Will be back in the near future to bolt together front end once engine bay is assembled. This car is going to look beautiful on the street.

14.01.2022 Tony’s HZ GTS all finished and on the road. Got to check it out while fitting up his Torana. We finished the panel and paint on this car about 3 years ago now. So great to see these huge restoration projects finished to such a high standard.

13.01.2022 Brian’s XY sedan has kept us very busy the last few weeks. Body and all panels blasted and primed. A heap of rust repairs done with new sills fitted. New door skins, rear quarter panel and complete new front cowl section ready to go back into car.

13.01.2022 Brian’s XY falcon all primed up. It’s been a massive job getting to this stage with extensive rust and body repairs. Now it’s off to the paint shop. Can’t wait to see this car painted!

09.01.2022 Brian’s XY Falcon is really taking shape. All panels trial fitted and gapped. A heap of work getting gaps and alignment spot on with these new reproduction panels but well worth the effort.

08.01.2022 HR Premier in paint shop. Boot compartment finished in satin black and inner quarters with textured black underbody sealer as per factory finish. Next up dash then white roof.

07.01.2022 Brian’s XY falcon received its first splash of colour this week. It’s going to look super sharp in vermillion fire. Next up engine bay then outer body.

05.01.2022 Black outs done on Brian’s XY sedan. Body painted in next couple of days. Watch this space.

04.01.2022 Doors and bootlid finished perfectly! Can’t wait to start bolting this job together. Very rewarding to see a job all come together after hundreds of hours work.

03.01.2022 Tony’s SLR has come along way since leaving us at Original Auto Restorations. Popped over to bolt the front end together for him yesterday. He does a fantastic job and everything is concours and on point.

02.01.2022 XY sedan underbody done. Next up satin black radiator support panel and interior dash and pillars.

02.01.2022 Brian’s XY panels all under primer. They are super clean with pretty much no filler used. A lot of metal finishing to get the gaps and panels dead straight. Sealed with an epoxy primer then finished with a HS primer these panels will block down dead straight.
