19.01.2022 November welcomes an exciting list of new produce to fill up the shelves...new fruit & veg to this month includes bananas, watermelon, asparagus, sweetcorn and zucchini. If you've never tried stuffed zucchini flowers before this is the month to start (delicious filled with cheese - any kind: goats, ricotta, parmesan, gruyere etc with a light mix of breadcrumbs, garlic & herbs before dipping in a tempura batter and lightly frying for a special treat!).
