25.01.2022 Repost @postpartum_journey_mummy This place has been my therapy the last 1.5 years. It’s a struggle to walk out of these doors again even when you completely understand why. So shout out to my @origin_athletics fam, thanks for giving me a place that I love as much as I do, for making it effortless to give my best because each day I’m surrounded by great people who make me want to give all I’ve got. I can’t wait for the day we talk about covid as something that was, not is.



24.01.2022 I have been a part of origin athletics for over two years now and it’s by far been the best gym experience It has such a friendly atmosphere where you feel supported and encouraged which makes you feel right at home. The coaches, Harley, Zarli and Jai are amazing at what they do and are always doing there best to help you achieve your fitness goals . I have been doing semi private’s now with Harley for most of my time at Origin and would highly recommend doing them as they have helped me so much! The workout plans are great and it really helps me to be consistent with my training. I would 100% recommend Origin Athletics, there is no other gym like it.

21.01.2022 HOME WORKOUT SUPERSET! You can add these body weight skull crushes into any workout if you have a chair or a table you can rest against a wall! It really isolated the triceps and you can make it easier by going on your knees! The close grip push up is a staple for an at home or in gym workout so combining the two is an excellent way to get a good workout

I huge thank you to one of our queens @zoe.evelyn for surprising me with the custom Origin basketball (club colours as-well) - this made me feel appreciated and won’t be forgotten.... The increased range of motion some people will find and positioning of the heel raised squat will turn those quads on!... The wall extension? 02.01.2022 @simcarkeek - I've been training at Origin for a few years now. I was fairly new to the gym scene when I first started there. I wasn't super confident in my ability to look like I knew what I was doing (I'm still not really ). But Origin is an environment where that doesn't really matter, you can do you without judgement. Everyone is friendly and often I'll find myself in there longer than planned because I'm too busy having a chat and a laugh with someone - just ask my gym parter who's always waiting for me to do the next set, sorry Amy To me, Origin is a space were I feel safe and supported in my pursuit to be the best version of myself.
