24.01.2022 On 11th and 26th of June, Philippine Airlines (PAL) will operate Manila to Sydney flights. These flights are for Australians citizens, permanent residents, New Zealand citizens (who are usually residents of Australia) and immediate family members. All travellers must meet all the Australian entry requirements to be cleared in travelling to Australia. Australian Permanent Residents must have a valid travel facility. You can check this by using the Visa Entitlement Verificat...ion Online (VEVO) tool: https://immi.homeaffairs.gov.au//check-condit/visa-holders Immediate family members must get an exemption to Australias inbound travel restrictions if required. Temporary visa holders (except for Partner and Child visa holders), kindly use the following inquiry form https://immi.homeaffairs.gov.au//onli/covid19-enquiry-form to provide more information to the Australian Department of Home Affairs. Attach a proof (such as your marriage certificate, evidence of your de-facto relationship such as shared finances or property, your birth certificate or birth certificate for your children). Do not book your travel until you have the necessary exemption. Partner (subclasses 100, 309, 801, 820) and Child (subclasses 101, 102, 445) visa holders can travel to Australia and do not need to request an exemption. Spouses who hold a Philippine passport travelling on a Visitor visa to Australia will need to show the Bureau of Immigration officer in the Philippines evidence that they have applied for a permanent /partner visa to Australia. The embassy is aware of the other commercial flights options to Australia provided by the Asiana Airlines, Qatar Airways and All Nippon Airways. Moreover, these are not direct flights. For more information you can visit: https://covid19.homeaffairs.gov.au/coming-australia smartraveller.gov.au
