22.01.2022 Origin Muscle Clinic is undergoing some changes!!! Thursday (tomorrow) is our last day trading at CrossFit Origin and we're moving home (which is only about 4min drive from the gym). Due to a change in career direction, we will be offering a few evening and early morning appointments per week. Nothing has changed our love for massage or wanting to help you be more functional humans! We'd like to take this opportunity to thank you all for your support and hope to be able to see many of you from the new Clinic in the near future. Cheers, Cath :-)



22.01.2022 Let me just say this straight up....no Massage Therapist, Physio, Chiro, GP etc has the right to tell you that your chosen sport or style of training is wrong. Sure, they can advise you on the best way to keep your body safe whilst doing your thing but no right to bag you or your training method. If this is happening to you, say thank you, part ways and contact us. This will not happen here. It's our pet peeve!!

02.01.2022 Here's an idea for muscle maintenance between appointments....its a little 'agricultural' but it works! NOTE - keep the polisher on the move as they generate quite a bit of heat and always use over the top of clothing
