20.01.2022 *IMPORTANT UPDATE* We are very aware of the current situation & restrictions regarding the COVID-19 pandemic. We can assure you that our clients health and wellbeing has always been a priority and while it saddens us to see the current ban on unnecessary gathering of 100 people. We need to inform all clients what our next step is. If you currently have a booking with us, it is important to understand that postponing your event is always better than cancelling entirely. We su...ggest re-thinking guests lists to comply with current restrictions. Our terms and conditions will be in full effect, meaning all deposits made are still NON-REFUNDABLE, so keep that in mind if you're looking to cancel your event entirely. In terms of events being held at our warehouse, we can assure you that hygiene is always our first priority. Hand sanitisers will be available at all entrances and exits of our venue. As always staff will be wearing gloves and all appropriate hygiene products necessary. If you are feeling unwell or have traveled overseas within the last 2 weeks, we kindly ask you to stay home, rest up and make sure you are 100% before coming to an event at our venue. As this is a worldwide pandemic we need to keep in mind that everybody is affected, including us as a small business. Please don't let it stop you from buying local and supporting fellow business owners. Please bare with us in this terrible time. With much sadness this means we need to close our function centre (Benjamin Street). Our main priority is the safety of our amazing staff and valued customers during this difficult time. Until the Government bans are lifted we are happy to consult with you to postpone your booking to a later date so you can still celebrate your special occasion in the future. ... Your ongoing support is of upmost importance to us as we will all struggle through this period of uncertainty.
