15.02.2022 One of our assistants is reducing hours to spend more time with her family. She will stay till we find and train the right candidate. We are a small growing boutique orthodontic clinic located in Frankston and Dandenong, Victoria looking for a chairside assistant with an interest in Orthodontics to work with our established team on Mondays-Thursdays. The practice is closed Fridays and Weekends. The ideal candidate would have a minimum Certificate III in Dental Assisting and s...ome experience in a busy private practice setting. Experience in orthodontics is preferable but training will be provided to the right candidate. More than the current skill set, we will be looking at the candidate's willingness to learn and work ethic. Reliability and being self driven are a must. There is plenty of scope for growth within the practice with further training provided for roles such as supplies management and lab co-ordination. As such we are looking for someone who is willing to stay and grow with the practice. We use a program called 'TOPS orthodontics' and knowledge of this will be looked on very favourably but is not essential. Remuneration will be above award rates and will be based on experience. 24.01.2022 GREAT WORK MELBOURNE!!! The State Government has advised orthodontists able to reopen on Monday 28th September with some restrictions. As always, the safety of our patients, parents and team are top priority. Thank you to all the patients who have already been waiting in their cars, wearing masks, and maintaining social distance in our practices. ... We are also requesting patients/parents sanitize their hands upon entry into the practice. All patients will also be requested to complete a mouth rinse prior to being seen. The extended period of closure has meant that we have had to reschedule and postpone many patients. We are working hard to accommodate everyone as soon as possible and are extending our opening hours to make sure all patients can be seen in a timely manner.
