25.01.2022 To all our patients and family, thank you for being so supportive and understanding with us as we adjusted to the restrictions implemented due to Covid-19. We are glad to announce that we are now at level 2 restrictions. This means that we can now see more patients! Consultations and recall appointments are available from this week. Braces, Invisalign and appliance adjustments are available from Monday, 11th May. While restrictions have gone to level 2 we are still getting ...all patients to wash their hands upon entry and practicing social distancing while at our practice. It has also been advised that patients with appointments should bring their own sunglasses to wear at the appointment to ensure less contact spreading at the clinic. We are doing our best to contact those patients whose appointments had to be postponed due to the Level 3 restrictions. If you are due for your appointment, please contact us via email, phone or WeChat. If you are unsure when your next appointment is due, please reach out and we can kindly inform you when you are due to be seen. We look forward to seeing you all again soon

21.01.2022 As we are now at level 1 restrictions we are almost back running as per usual. We are now able to see all appointments and consultations, while still triaging patients and getting them to sanitize their hands upon arrival. Unfortunately, we are still trying to spread patient appointments to allow us to sanitize after each patient thoroughly and to help practice social distancing within our waiting area. Due to our protocols we may not have as many availabilities and we than...k you guys for being understanding and patient with us. If you are due for an appointment or would like to book yourself in for a consultation please get in touch with us by emailing or calling us. If you are feeling unwell or having flu like symptoms please get in touch with us to reschedule your appointment to help keep the staff and our patients safe.

21.01.2022 #throwbackthursday to our work trip to Tokyo earlier this year in April! Was great meeting Dr Samoto and visiting his practice along with the great food and wagashi making we got to learn with the Orthoworx team! Oh and we were lucky enough to still see some cherry blossoms!

20.01.2022 To our patients and families, with our prime minister’s announcement released yesterday, we would like to inform you that we are still open. We are closely following the Australian Dental Association and the Australia Society of Orthodontists’ guidelines to ensure our patients and staff are staying safe and avoiding the spread of COVID-19. Our staff are performing high levels of disinfection, especially high contact areas such as door handles and the reception counter. We ...would like to inform patients who are feeling ill or have been in contact with someone who has COVID-19 to call or email us so we can reschedule their appointment. We also strongly advise for all patients to reduce the amount of family members and friends they bring to their appointments. All patients who are attending their appointments are required to sanitize or wash their hands before being seen. As our new protocol, we are also booking all patients further apart from the next patient to allow staff to clean and clear the chairs sufficiently and to prevent gathering in our waiting area. It is greatly appreciated if patients can ensure they come to their appointments on time to help us. Once again if any changes occur, we will continue to keep updating you guys. 15.01.2022 Hope everyone is having a great April so far! The girls from our practice had the privilege to attend Invisaligns first 360 conference during the weekend! The conference was held at Invisaligns new learning center, based in Sydney. The conference touched on the marketing, sales, and clinical side of Invisalign and was full of great information! We were also able to check out the new Invisalign scanning wand which can now detect caries! To top it off they gifted us a little goodie bag filled with pamphlets on Invisalign treatment and a re-usable water bottle! Looking forward to the next conference we have lined up in the Gold Coast in May

13.01.2022 Look where #DrEugeneChan went! There are so many orthodontists doing Invisalign in China and it was a great experience for Dr Eugene to give 4 presentations across 4 beautiful cities (Shanghai, fuzhou, shenzhen and Kunming) to those Drs. He was also very lucky to visit some beautiful (and huge!) orthodontic practices in China. Its always so interesting to see how other clinics operate.

12.01.2022 What a year its been for Orthoworx! Weve welcomed new members this year and have loved seeing the team and practice grow! We celebrated our end of year last week with painting for our team bonding activity, finishing with a lovely dinner by the harbour. We all had a great time painting the Sydney scenery in Vincent Van Gogh style! We also had a special guest join our dinner, which was our Invisalign representative...Deb! Looking forward to what 2020 has in store for us next!
