Are you an enthusiastic and experienced yoga instructor with qualification? Are you positive, upbeat, friendly and in love with Yoga? If you answered yes to the above, then it sounds like we are a match : ) >>> What’s this role about: You will be required to deliver effective yoga classes to a group of 10 to 15 people As a Yoga Instructor, you’ll work with clients to help them achieve the outcomes they are looking for whether it is increasing their flexibility and fitness, strengthening their core or helping them recover from injury. You will be the friendly and knowledgeable face of SA Wellness Centre and required to deliver effective and rewarding classes to our clients. Your role will include: Creating 60min classes (incl. 15min meditation) Teaching anywhere between 1-3 classes during the week >>> We’re Looking for Passionate Yoga Instructors with a love of Yoga and movement and enjoy sharing this with your clients. You will have experience teaching group yoga classes and know and understand what makes an amazing class. You will be capable of modifying each class to suit the clients and their age and stage of fitness. Don't get too distracted by what is happening around you. Pay more attention to what is going on within you. Self-reflection is your gateway to freedom. It allows you to think about things from a distance, unattached. Instead of your mind being clouded by the emotions you experience, you gain clarity by figuring out what is important in your life, and what is not. In Yoga tradition, every day is counted, and how the different positions of the moon can be made use of for human wellbeing is a very established part of the culture. The different positions are used for different purposes. A whole lot of things happen between the full moon to the new moon and back again to the full moon. To do anything with yourself, it would be useful to ...be aware of where the moon is because it creates different types of qualities and energies in the system. If one is aware, one could make use of it. Every phase of the moon, you can either look up in the sky and notice it, or if you bring a certain level of awareness and perception to your system, you will see the body behaves slightly differently for every phase. It is very much there both in the male and the female body, but it is more manifest in the female body. The timing with which the moon goes around the planet and the cycles that human beings themselves go through within themselves, and the very process of human birth the process of creating this body are very deeply connected.
