22.01.2022 Brian Osborne from Osborne Service and Maintenance has been working away over the last few days to lay the pavers donated by Murray Harding Earth moving (with h...elp from a very fluffy puppy!) We had a successful working bee over the weekend thanks to Brian, Tanya, Kerry, Mark and Mandy. We did a general clean up of debris, completed the barriers around the exercise equipment and finished the retaining wall by the Vineyard. Thanks again for the help of our wonderful volunteers! From new fences to p...aving and from resurfacing to light installation, a lot of our upgrades and developments are physically carried out by a team of volunteers in their own time. Surviving the bushfires, floods and now the virus has presented more challenges in one season than we would have liked! We are taking COVID-19 very seriously at Osborne Service and Maintenance and recognise that remaining in business is crucial in this industry to keep produce in our shops and on our tables. The importance of small produce has been paramoun...t as we have seen in recent weeks, and we hope to be able to support our customers as much as we can. Please practice social distancing during the time Brian is at your property. Service and repairs can be arranged via internet or phone to minimise person to person contact. Brian is taking measures to clean and wipe down every surface touched. 02.01.2022 While are apple growers are still busy picking, our pear growers have parked their harvest tractors up, with harvest done and dusted. The fruit is safely tucked... away in coolrooms and put to sleep, ready for your enjoyment over the coming months, while the trees are also getting ready for the winter, with their leaves turning golden shades of yellow and red.
