08.01.2022 One of the new things demonstrated during the OSMO day at the beginning of April was the floor brush. This innovative brush made from genuine bristle is a great way to apply OSMO Oils sparingly. At first look we thought it might be slow but in fact its quite quick especially as it ensures that the oil is worked into the timber well. The handle fits very firmly on the special fitting that forms the end of the well priced OSMO pole. 02.01.2022 The move towards more natural looking finishes is not an isolated phenomenon. People are expressing a desire for the natural look and feel of the timber to be brought to the fore. Traditional coatings being thick film forming naturally appear to be a sheet of plastic over the face of the timber. More and more people are associating plastic looks with a sort of "economy" or "cheap" looking floor or timber. Its amazing how many people prefer it when they can feel the texture of timber underfoot or with their hands they feel a connection with this beautiful material.
