25.01.2022 Moreton likes to let everyone know how hungry he/she is. Hope and George don't catch a break. The eagerness is astounding. One day Moreton you will be forced to fend for yourself...and that day is getting closer.

25.01.2022 Good morning from Osprey House. A wonderful day to be alive! The top temp today will be 31 rather hottish degrees, sunny and 10% chance of rain. 23.01.2022 Osprey House is operating under Queensland Health Department Covid 19 rules. Therefore if you have been in a Covid hotspot in the last 14 days we would ask that you inform the staff before entering. The hotspots at the moment are: Sydney Local Government Area(please refer to Qld Health Directives), and VIC all localities. Please advise staff immediately and BEFORE entering. Thank you. We would also advise that only 20 people are allowed entry into the House at any one time. You may walk along the boardwalks at any time until closing of the gates at 1800hrs. All other Covid 19 rules apply.

06.01.2022 The new surface more suitable to wheelchair access has been finished at our lagoon area. The water level is quite good too at the moment.

05.01.2022 This is a shot of the Port Lincoln ospreys. They have placed satellite trackers on one of the bubs. This is a scientific investigation to track ospreys in South Australia. A great idea! Hope we get to hear the results. The tracker is placed on a harness that does not hurt the bird but it can be traced. It will give the researchers a better idea of hunting and breeding areas.
