24.01.2022 BPPV is a massive pain. You can do something about it.

22.01.2022 Love carers!! So much respect for all those caring for people in need.

22.01.2022 Tips for you gym bunnies out there

21.01.2022 Super high level training I couldn’t do this. I think I would die. Well done on hosting the All Stars Challenge @f45_training_glebe & @f45_training_kensington - great event. Very motivating.

21.01.2022 Tip 1 Eddie speaks about the importance of doing the groundwork first through perfecting your technique before increasing the intensity in your training. Tip... 2 Recognise when you have increased your intensity and look after your body between your sessions. Recovery is more important that you think! Tip 3 Be very mindful when doing body weight exercises! Always modify or ask your coach for progressions/regressions so we can ensure your technique stays spot on! Keep up the awesome week team and look after yourselves this week!

15.01.2022 I love this meme. I’ve been looking for it in our old marketing files for a while. Welcome back crazy lady

15.01.2022 Staying COVID safe ... again. Chin up. We all know what to do. @ Sydney Health Professionals

12.01.2022 I HATE these photos- but not for the obvious reason. Our culture has demonised "poor posture for hundreds of years. A lot of people tell me they have horrible posture- and thats why they have pain But it’s not that simple... When I see this photo I see a lady on the left who is tired, struggling, a bit down, or who has just had a really, really tough day. She is not bad, flawed or morally deficient. Posture is not bad. It’s a reflection of a complex mix of internal factors. Stop demonising your own posture and ask yourself better questions. #posture #posturecorrection #postureexercises #posturecheck #posturematters #postureawareness #osteopathyworks #osteopathy #osteopath #osteopathicmedicine #osteopath #pain #overuseinjury #ergonomics #sitting #backpain #neckpain

04.01.2022 Ever wonder how neurofen can be effective for a sore foot as a sore head?

02.01.2022 We’re doing some great shockwave promos at ultimo. If you know anyone with persistent tendon issues or RSI let them know.

02.01.2022 Watch those home office set ups. We’re seeing a lot of ergonomic issues this year, for obvious reasons

02.01.2022 I saw this on a scoliosis support group. Some interesting ideas for chronic pain sufferers. It gets a bit flowery, but I think the sentiment is spot on for chronic pain management. Share it with someone if they have chronic pain. It might help deal better with a terrible burden.

21.12.2021 If you’ve got tennis elbow or golfers elbow & a gym pass try this exercise: Golfers/tennis elbow are stupid old-timey names for epicondylitis: inflammation around the elbow insertion point for your wrist and finger tendons. This is a common overuse type injury for office workers, manual workers and sporadic gardeners- not just tennis players. It can be painful & frustrating. Try this exercise. If pain persists or gets worse you’ll need a graded plan.

14.11.2021 Getting Covid can be very serious. Stay safe out there and get vaccinated if you can. We owe the emergency workers out there caring for these people a huge debt
