24.01.2022 I’m sure we can all agree that in 2020, love & connection has significantly declined in the physical sense, simply due to all the forced isolation, social distancing, and overall COVID implications. Our members at OsteoStrong however, have continuously been reminded not only of the importance of this human need, but how much it is at the forefront of our company values. 16.01.2022 Discover the immune-boosting benefits of OsteoStrongs Immune Boosting Technologies. Everyone knows that prevention is the key! At our OsteoStrong Colonel Light Gardens Centre, we have amazing biohack devices that can regenerate you at a cellular level and provide a boost to your immune system, helping you build your defences against invaders (viruses, bacteria and foreign bodies). If given the proper tools, your body is able to successfully fight off infection and viruses. So..., to assist this one of the smartest things you can do is to look to ways to boost your immune system. We are calling this the OsteoStrong Proactive Immune Boost System. Our immune system is comprised of a complex network of organs, cells and tissues that has direct interaction with other systems of the body. This network works intimately together to keep its dynamic equilibrium (homeostasis), allowing it to adapt to environmental cues. We now know that danger signals from injuries and inflammation activate an immune response, which is important but can also activate mechanisms that will later negatively regulate immune cell activation. Needless to say, having a healthy immune system permits us to interact with our environment safely, keeping invading pathogens under control, including bacteria and viruses Be sure to contact us today to book your session! Gift Vouchers are also available to purchase for a Great Gift Idea.

09.01.2022 2020.what a year that was! I am sure many of us have a feeling of wanting to put the challenges, difficulties and negativity behind us. What if, we take a different approach?... 02.01.2022 Congratulations to our member Jo who recently received her DEXA scan results. After 1 year Jo has had a 10.8% increase in her left femur and 6.6% in her right femur while her spine was unchanged. Today Jo said I came to OsteoStrong when I was diagnosed with Osteoporosis. I also have Menieres which is a balance disorder. I have noticed a great improvement in my balance and to increase my bone density is fantastic because I would have been happy not to have lost anymore and remain the same. I really enjoy my weekly sessions, it’s a centre full of fun and laughter and never feels like hard work. The staff are very supportive and a big thank you goes to them. A big thank you to Vicky Paul Mandy & Lisa
