Chef swears it’s more than just fancy penne - it’s also excruciatingly painstaking to make!!! Come enjoy our toil, theres still two tables left for tonight...



24.01.2022 So many specials at the moment I can barely get a good photo before there’s a new, excruciatingly delicious treat to put on our board... This guy is Mandarin Granita, Grapefruit Curd and Campari Marshmallow. We’ve got a 6 o’clock table tonight come available for tonight, otherwise it’ll probably be replaced by something else awesome by the time you visit us next!

Mob bosses always seem to whinge about how heavy a body wrapped in a carpet is, but this was easy! We had a last minute cancellation so there’s now one table left for anyone keen for an absurdly delicious time.

18.01.2022 Inspired a sadistic desire to get someone to hold a magnum with outstretched arms for an extended period - this is the incredible Nicolini Piccola Nera we’ve been pouring for the last little while. From a ridiculously small vineyard in Muggia (far south east Italy), this sits in that sweet spot between a light chilled red and a rose, has a touch of spritz, loads of rosemary and pretty red fruits... Thanks @vinomito for introducing us to this one!

Sangiovese with a touch of Canaiolo made in a Tuscan monastery dating back to 900 AD. This is how wine from Tuscany used to taste - tobacco, leather and ridiculously deep, dark fruit.
