25.01.2022 A little back story of our Osso Buco made by our @cheflorenzonobilio. It is a specialty of Lombard cuisine of cross-cut veal shanks braised with vegetables, white wine and broth. It is often garnished with gremolata and traditionally served with either risotto alla milanese or polenta like we do, depending on the regional variation. 14.01.2022 Hi All Osteria Epoca and Andonis cafe next door were broken into last night. A fair amount of damage has been done with cash and keys being stolen. The intruder broke in at midnight and cut power to the buildings so the CCTV would not record his movements. Police informed us today that they believe the same person broke into a total of 5 restaurants and cafes last night and is likely to target more.
