04.01.2022 Co-Parenting at Christmas Time Around this time of year the disagreements about Christmas holiday arrangements seem to begin. That includes things like who is gets to wake up with the children on Christmas Day, who has them for boxing day and the summer school holiday arrangements. Did you know that West Australian Police cannot always assist with arrangements made outside of court? ... The Family Law Rules require that any court application regarding part of or all of the school holiday period from December to January the following year, including Christmas be filed before 4:00pm on the second Friday in November. (Rule 5.01A). That means, you have until 4:00pm 13 November 2020 to file any Application.
