24.01.2022 AngelsFellow Servants Angels are those wonderful, invisible and at times visible ministering spirits who play an extraordinary and devoted role in our lives. John the apostle referred to an angel of the Lord with heartfelt intimacy and deep gratitude as a companion and fellow servant (Revelation 19:10; 22:9).... 23.01.2022 Exodus Jesus is Lord Be Still Our deliverance our exodus from death to life and into freedom, is Jesus, who is Lord over all things. The place of departure in turning away from any form of bondage, darkness, restlessness, or worry, is always at heart...... Be still, and know that I am God (Psalm 46:10). 22.01.2022 Blessed are When we first found grace in the Son of God we rested our life entirely upon His righteousness. We trusted in Him with absolute surrender. We knew that we were safe!... Ever since, as well as at this moment, and in the days to come, we simply and humbly do what we did at first. Blessed are all who take refuge in Him (Psalm 2:12). 22.01.2022 Peace and Rest The peace with God that we have has the power to arrest all that is contrary to it. In an ‘effort’ to make peace with anyone, or in anything, is to have the Lord’s peace and rest governing that labour of love.... Like love, peace builds up! Let us therefore make every effort to do what leads to peace and mutual edification (Romans 14:19) Excerpt from A Daily ‘Dose of Iron’ - Original Prescription Photo: Look to Him...our peace. (Manly, NSW, Foreshore, Tuesday 25 August 2020.)
20.01.2022 Oneness - Together - with the Lord The great cloud of witnesses that have gone before, and us together with them, have already followed Jesus through thick and thin. We have only done this with the grace and strength that the Spirit has given.... Intense testing pressure is yet ahead before Jesus returns. In His love and faithfulness, as deep as deep can go, it is with encouragement and wisdom that Jesus urges us, both personally and corporately... I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing (John 15:5). Excerpt from A Daily ‘Dose of Iron’ - Original Prescription Photo: In and above the intense testing pressure, there He is. If I go up to heaven, you’re there! If I go down to the realm of the dead, you’re there too! (Psalm 139:8 TPT).
16.01.2022 As long as the earth exists there will always be seasons of planting and harvest, cold and heat, summer and winter,... day and night (Genesis 8:22 TPT). Change is part of life. The Lord is behind it and in it. Seasons are instrumental in our trust and growth in God. Life shifts from one season to another. Sometimes slowly. Other times noticeably. At times suddenly and dramatically. He is there! In the sowing and reaping. In the extremes. In life and death. Patience and fruitfulness. In the dark and the light. The Lord is very much in the season we find ourselves. There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under the heavens (Ecclesiastes 3:1). A Daily ‘Dose of Iron’ - First Repeat. 16.01.2022 Stand Up and Lift Up Your Heads It is both welcoming and sobering when everything in the natural and spiritual, that can be shaken, is being shaken. The peace of God, transcending fear and understanding, will accompany all who trust in the Coming One. Even when,... There will be signs in the sun, moon and stars. On earth, nations will be in anguish and perplexity at the roaring and tossing of the sea. People will faint from terror, apprehensive of what is coming on the world, for the heavenly bodies will be shaken (Luke 21:25-26). The fullness of our redemption is coming into view. This is our complete liberation and total transformation body, soul and spirit when we see the Glorious One at His coming. We will be just like him, for we will see him as he truly is (1 John 3:2 TPT). As sobering as the world stage may get, we welcome and are strengthened by the times in which we live and their outcome. The good news and glorious reality of the King and His kingdom will be clear against the backdrop of the darkness covering the earth. Heralds will proclaim eternity and the Eternal One in a way that no one at the end of the day can deny. The Day is at hand! When these things begin to take place, stand up and lift up your heads, because your redemption is drawing near (Luke 21:28). Excerpt from A Bigger 'Dose of Iron'. 14.01.2022 Everything He Does From the highest to the lowest, the greatest to the least, the richest to the poorest, and for those who see and those who do not as yet let the heart and wisdom of the King of heaven be known. Where pride rules earth, humility overrules!... Now I, Nebuchadnezzar, praise and exalt and glorify the King of heaven, because everything he does is right and all his ways are just. And those who walk in pride he is able to humble (Daniel 4:37). Excerpt from A Daily ‘Dose of Iron’ - Original Prescription Photo: The Overcoming Light - Dawn at Manly Beach, New South Wales.
13.01.2022 A Place Like No Other Higher than all is God our Rock. He is our peace above the raging storm. It is Him to whom we look up. It is Him in whom we confidently trust. It is in Him we wisely take refuge.... Our Saviour and Lord is a place like no other. I call as my heart grows faint; lead me to the rock that is higher than I (Psalm 61:2). Excerpt from A Daily ‘Dose of Iron’ Photo: Settled to soar. North Head, Sydney.
13.01.2022 In Humility We surrendered our lives to the Lord in humility, gratitude and trust. We no longer hide from the Truth Himself. We awaken and we lay our head down, each day and night, with this same posture of wisdom in our hearts.... Does he not see my ways and count my every step? (Job 31:4). We once simply embraced grace and truth when we put our trust in the integrity of our Heavenly Father, in His Son our Saviour and Lord Jesus. We wisely remain and grow in oneness with this Cornerstone of life and peace. Here’s what the Lord God says: ‘Behold, I set in place in Zion a Foundation Stone, fully tested and proven to be faithful and secure. And written upon this precious cornerstone is this: Those who trust in him will not act in haste [Or will never run away (in fear).]’ ...Faith, firmly set upon Christ, is patient and never rushes, for faith leaves the timing of all things in God’s hands. (Isaiah 28:16 TPT with footnote). From moment to moment, breath after breath and step after step, our God reigns as the Rock. You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in you. Trust in the Lord forever, for the Lord, the Lord himself, is the Rock eternal (Isaiah 26:3-4). Through pressure, even tremendous difficulties, as our faith is thoroughly tested, we lie down and arise again in humility, where His grace and faithfulness abound. 12.01.2022 Just as the Lord Says Just as the Lord says it will be, that is how we will find it. His Word is His Word! The shepherds out in the field watching their flocks by night found things, just as they had been told (Luke 2:20).... We, likewise, will know things to be as our Lord declares and says, as did the disciples also when, They left and found things just as Jesus had told them (Luke 22:13). 07.01.2022 To the End Though deep darkness intensifies in this world, our light, our complete security, peace, welfare and future are in the grace of our Lord Jesus. The ‘gravitational pull’ of the righteous is toward Him who...... Having loved his own who were in the world, he loved them to the end (John 13:1). 02.01.2022 In My Heart Life, peace and wisdom, dwell and overrule where our heart treasures and is stored up on what the Lord says. Listening to the Lord’s heart-words above all else, our mouth speaks what the heart is full of (Luke 6:45).... Loving, fearing, honouring and esteeming the One we walk with and work with, our pleasure and passion is remaining true to the Word of ‘I Am,’ meditating day and night in the true revelation of light (Psalm 1:2 TPT). Your word have I treasured and stored up in my heart, that I might not sin against You (Psalm 119:11 AMP). Excerpt from A Daily ‘Dose of Iron’ - First Repeat.
