17.01.2022 Introducing 'Big Loaf' - more than a traditional collab, this is a beer (t)ryeangle! This collaboration with our friends from @thedutchtradingco and @northstreetstore 's Big Loaf Bakery is a reimagining of the old-school American Strong Ale. Brewed to be a gentle auburn and hopped with dank American hops, the spicy rye bread dominates the malt character. After ferment it was aged on Spanish cedar, lending floral notes and further warming spice. Available at the Brewhouse from... tomorrow!

06.01.2022 Garage Project x Otherside Brewing Co. - Bubbles IPA Late in 2019, Carwyn Cellars contacted us to take part in the first Carwyn Cellars Collaborational Festival, pairing some of the best Australian breweries with international breweries from around the world. After a conversation with our long time friends at Garage Project we decided to brew our collab together. Pete and Jos from GP were scheduled to fly over and brew it with us, but 2020 had other plans, so this became an o...nline collaboration. 'Bubbles' was born using head brewer Rhys' interesting ferment of a unique yeast, coupled with a fresh crop of 2020 Nelson Sauvin hops from Freestyle hop farms. The result is a 7.4% West Coast Juicy IPA that showcases the best of the East Coast and West Coast IPA Styles. The team at Garage Project have brewed their own version in Wellington, and we're looking forward to seeing Otherside beer in the NZ market for the first time. Available from the Brewhouse tomorrow!!
