Mango Raspberry Slurpee Sour / 7.5% A hazy and delicious fruited sour, this smoothie style imperial Berliner Weisse throws crisp sherbet character upfront. 12.01.2022 Double drop alert! Up first, the highly anticipated, showstopper of beers - Headliner IIPA 2020. Headliner 2020 is a juicier version of our annual IIPA, still dripping with resinous flavour. The hop combination this year is two old favourites and two new ones, giving a blend of pine, mango, passionfruit, white grape and citrus, on a bedrock of dank.... As a member of the Creative Release series, Headliner features artwork from emerging Melbourne based photographer Maegan Brown. Stay tuned for more info on Maegan later in the week! Next up is another crowdpleaser; an adaptation of our ever-popular Oat Cream IPA - DDH Sabro Oat cream. A thick, fluffy beer with hints of coconut, mint and tangerine, followed by tropical fruit and melon. The malt complexity of this beer is enhanced with the addition of triticale and rye and finishes with a balanced bitterness. It sounds yum because it is. An imperial american brown ale that pours a deep copper with warm, rich rum and bourbon barrel tones coming through up front. 01.01.2022 We come to you with an experimental different from the rest; one Otherside holds close to our heart, the Caudwell Stout - a tribute to a legendary man, and his favourite beer. A classic Australian stout from the days before craft. No frills, no adjuncts, an easy-drinking old school beer with low roast character. Paul Caudwell has been a luminary in WA beer for many years, leading the install and upkeep of many local breweries behind the scenes. We decided to make a tribute ...to him by replicating the stout he drank as a young fella growing up in Kalgoorlie. We brewed this with friends from Whitelakes Brewing and Gage Roads Brewing Co, as well as the man himself. Thanks for everything Paul, you are a top bloke.
