Keep valuable items such as computer...s, laptops, tablets, game consoles, stereos and mobile phones out of sight. Do not leave spare keys hidden outside leave them with a neighbour, friend or relative. Keep trees and shrubs trimmed to reduce the opportunity for burglars to hide and increase visibility from the street. Be mindful of posting information about yourself on social media. Saying you are on holiday suggests you arent home. Activate your Alarm when leaving your home unattended. If you dont have an Alarm System / CCTV System consider investing in one it will be a deterrent and will provide you with peace of mind. If youre on holiday, arrange for mail to be held by Australia Post or Ask a neighbour, friend or family to pick up the mail and put your bins out (and in) Install External Motion sensors to the exterior of your property. Destroy boxes from any large new appliances you have purchased so they are not on display for burglars to see. 09.01.2022 Mandurah Detectives are investigating an assault that occurred in the car park of a fast food outlet along Secret Harbour Boulevard on Saturday 17 November 201...8. Between 12:10am and 12:35am a group of men have approached the 38 year old male victim and assaulted him before running from the area. The man received injuries to his face and head as a result of the incident and was treated at Rockingham Hospital. Detectives wish to speak to anyone who may have witnessed the incident, in particular two women who were passengers in a white dual cab utility vehicle passing by at the time of the incident.
