17.01.2022 It is great to be back at the office doing what we love!! Thank you to everyone for your patience whilst we rescheduled and sorted through last week's appointments! Please remember to check-in on arrival this week using SafeWA, sanitise at the station provided and check your temperature ... Masks are essential and we have masks available for you to use during your visit if you need Appointments have been spaced this week to allow us to sanitise every surface before and after each use We ask that you limit the number of companions attending your appointment this week and as we do have a capacity in each of our offices. Entry & exit to each office will also now only be from the one main access Our Solutions CENTRE is open & Amber has already been helping visitors through the extra precautions this morning If you are feeling unwell, please take the appropriate measures to ensure not only your health but the health of others as well & stay home! We have waived any cancellation fees during the heightened restrictions We appreciate your understanding in helping us be compliant with the current Government directives & cannot wait to see you visit!

14.01.2022 Like everybody, we’re learning to think on our feet! We will be running some in-house CPD each afternoon of this week to try and make the most of our ‘low activity’ & to ensure we support each other remotely and stay connected! Big thank you to Lois Murray who provided this afternoon’s demonstration! ... What have you got planned during your lockdown? Feel free to get in touch if we can help in any way or if you just want to join in on our afternoon fun!

08.01.2022 In light of yesterday's State Government announcement, like everyone, we will be changing the way we operate this week! We’re passionate about continuing to support our clients, veterans & participants, so this week we will: offer appointments via telehealth we already have protocols and resources in place from 2020 and this proved highly effective in keeping things moving for everyone last year (if you have questions about how this works, please get in touch!). resche...dule appointments if telehealth is not appropriate or wanted we have already been in touch with most of you about any services that were scheduled during the lockdown period and to work out the best solution for you! We will do our best to reschedule services in a timely manner, and will await further government and association guidance in recommencing contact services. undertake urgent or life essential services - while most of our team will be working from home, we will be available to provide community services if deemed absolutely necessary (and if they meet government directives). Where possible we will support even your urgent needs remotely - please contact our main office on 9332 1783 if you have urgent needs or consumables needing to be arranged! Continue working behind the scenes - our team will continue working remotely on low activity & to ensure non-clinical services (including reports) are not drastically impacted. If you have questions, if you need to send a referral or if just wish to chat please get in touch as you would normally! Please also be aware our Solutions CENTRE will be closed this week and we will be in touch with scheduled appointments to either provide demonstrations remotely or arrange another time to visit! Our focus is to do our absolute best for our community in this challenging environment. Whatever your situation, we are here to help, and it is important that we stay connected! Please do not hesitate to get in touch if you need anything via a therapist or our main office on 9332 1783!

03.01.2022 We’re spending today reminiscing about a time before lockdown (last Friday) when everything seemed normal. A belated BIG thank you to everyone who made the time to come and visit the Solutions CENTRE & help us celebrate our final launch event with our inaugural Sundowner! 2021 marks our first year of opening the Solutions CENTRE to the WA disability community, and we are proud to be able to share this milestone. This collaborative community resource is open at no cost; and... provides students, therapists, suppliers and participants with resources to better support them in their roles with activities designed to enhance collaboration, sharing of knowledge and experiences, and to support service users with needs not currently met by funding. During the next few months, you will be learning about the different initiatives and activities we have planned, and we would encourage you to join us and circulate this information to your friends and colleagues. If you haven’t already, please come in and say hi () and join our mailing list so we can make sure you’re the first to know about events and activities!
