Buying freshly roasted coffee is really the best way to ensure you are brewing with coffee at its optimum and this is a major reason our capsules have become a favourite and also a benefit of ordering from us. We don’t want you drinking coffee which has been sitting on a shelf for months on end. We develop our blends to suit ...the extraction process of a Nespresso machine which is different to other brewing methods. These coffee capsules have 5.5 grams of coffee in them (A café would use up to 20g per cup) so to ensure the flavours pop and the strength comes through in your cup we recommend 2 capsules to balance out the flavours with your milk. We moved the warehouse arm to our roastery from Moorabbin to Cheltenham (around the corner!) in March this year with plans to add an espresso bar and showroom to showcase our coffee to you. So world events may have delayed this from commencing back then but we are now ready to welcome you to our new warehouse space, espresso bar and bakery, albeit with a few changes until restrictions... are eased and it is safe to travel around Melbourne again. For locals within our 5km radius, we would love to see you this Friday and Saturday 10a / 6-12 Mills St, Cheltenham 8.30am- 12pm. We will have our freshly roasted coffee beans and coffee capsules available, a range of coffee equipment to help you brew your best coffee, and a wonderful selection of Melbourne’s finest artisan bread that we know you will love. We always love the interest in our cold brew in the warmer months, but we are thrilled in your response this year due to our new packaging in a cask. The neat and perfectly sized cask will keep our filtered cold brew fresh for up to 3 months and the serving tap makes for an easy pour. Our cold brew coffee is elegant and refined, it has low acidity and you can taste notes of caramel, toffee, spice and... fruitiness. You will notice the smoothness and brightness it provides to a drink.
