24.01.2022 || POLICY UPDATE || In order to continue our commitment to providing a safe environment for our patients and staff, it is now policy that Dr Luke will be wearing a face mask during patient consultations. We believe this is a necessary course of action at this point in time due to the challenges around maintaining social distance at the practice.... This measure is being undertaken to protect you our patients as well as our staff and their families and friends. It is important that we are able continue to provide chiropractic care as it is an ‘essential service’ so we remind you that if you have any cold/flu symptoms please think of others and call us to reschedule and most importantly get Covid-19 tested. 09.01.2022 || POLICY UPDATE || Patient Attendance Policy ahead of re-opening 29th July 2020 To ensure the safety of everyone in the community during this time, upon our re-opening this Wednesday 29th July 2020 we are enforcing additional strict temporary measures for patients attending our practice. These include: - All patients will need to wear and supply a facemask during consult (except patients under 12)... - Please DO NOT attend if o You have recently had a COVID-19 test and are awaiting results o You have been advised to self isolate by the DHHS or your employer o You have any of the following symptoms: Cough Sore throat Fever Headache related to above These measures are in addition to our current measures which include: - Temperature check on arrival - Hand Sanitiser on arrival - Adherence to social distancing in waiting room - All staff/practitioner wearing face masks - Regularly cleaning high contact surfaces We ask that everyone understands why these measures are in place and kindly respects them when attending. Anyone who fails to adhere to the above measures will be respectfully asked to reschedule their appointment and will risk being charged a cancellation fee. We will regularly review our Patient Attendance Policy as the days and weeks progress.
