25.01.2022 With all the lovely rain and mild weather, our little garlic babies are poking their heads out of the ground. All 4000 of them!! Now is the perfect time to give your garlic a little nitrogen fix to boost the root and leaf growth. Chook manure pellets or composted chook manure is a great source of nitrogen, but don't forget to put some lime out too to maintain the pH balance as nitrogen can be acidic. Keep weeds away from your garlic babies and make sure they're not getting wet feet! Happy growing.

19.01.2022 Finally ready to box our garlic. This year’s harvest from our Moriac block is incredible! Beautiful aroma and a delicious balanced flavour. Smells amazing!

13.01.2022 The last boxes of our whole bulbs off to lucky kitchens in Torquay and Geelong. We have been overwhelmed by the response to our delicious garlic and sad to say we have sold out of whole bulbs for 2017. But, we still have lots and lots of individual cloves available. 12.01.2022 Dirt on your garlic is a good sign! It's not bleached or processed in any way - just pulled out of the ground (by hand!) scrubbed with a dry brush (by hand!) and sorted (by hand). It has its own natural skin protecting it, no chemicals required!
